I never received a confirmation email for the item I ordered, subsequently, I cannot track my order. I have written and texted but never get a reply. I'll be calling my credit card company to report them as a scam operation.

Editing tool is trash. You cannot center your photo to fit in any of their templates. Pretty pricey for something that doesn’t even work right.

Horrible company. You won't get your item for forever and there's no returns. Website is misleading in the fact that it's not a US based company. Quality of item is not good.

I think it should be very clear it will be a LONG time before you receive your order (shipping from Japan) especially during the holidays - you will likely have A LOT of disappointed customers

I only received one of the three items I ordered and was told to just look around for the other items. They didn't seem to understand that yes, I received the package, but my whole order wasn't there. Very frustrating.

I purchased the sign with a customized picture of my dog and it never arrived. They are not answering any of my emails. This place is a total scam. Do not buy anything from them.

There should be a no star rating. I had a white shih Tzu and received a brown dog. Several emails later and they are doing nothing to fix it.

They say it is glass, it is not, it's plastic. If your pet is white, they will make it brown because they say white will show up as clear. The picture in their ad shows a white dog. Obviously it's not a true picture of their work. It didn't look anything like my dog.
