CustomilyReviews of customily.com

Customily is a great Customization app, It does what it claims it can do which is really useful. It provides a powerhouse of tools and choice of product variants. Its provides a seamless user experience. Jose from Customily was especially helpful with his assistance setting up my shop products in time for a successful launch. He has taken his time to explain, demonstrate and even help to complete complicated aspects of the project where needed and has constructively suggested where optimizations can be made.

Over the past two mornings, Daniela Baigorri helped me integrate with Etsy, navigate Customily’s tools, and upload my ShineOn product to Etsy. She was pleasant, patient, and understanding, and I truly appreciated her teaching style.

Customily is a great Shopify app that is easy to configure and use, with plenty of powerful features that can be customized to meet different project requirements. The best part is the support team. They are friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to help resolve any issues or answer questions. I highly recommend Customily to anyone looking for a complete solution to sell personalized products online while giving customers full control to customize, preview, and order their products.

Customily is a great app for building personalised products on my store. The live preview and personalisation options are powerful, and it connects seamlessly with my fulfilment workflow. I’ve been especially impressed with the support. Brian helped me with my questions, gave clear guidance, and made the setup process much easier. Good support makes a big difference when working with personalised products, and my experience with Customily has been very positive. Overall, Customily is a strong solution for creating personalised products and improving the customer experience.

I would like to recognize Daniela Baigorri from the Business Development Department at Customily for the outstanding support she has provided me. Daniela has taken the time to answer every question I had thoroughly and professionally. What truly stood out to me was her willingness to follow up after our email exchanges to make sure I fully understood everything and did not have any additional questions. That level of customer care is very rare today. She even went above and beyond by creating a short tutorial video specifically for me, walking me through several points I needed help with in a very detailed, clear, and easy-to-understand way. Her patience, communication skills, and genuine desire to help made a huge difference in my experience. I can honestly say Daniela is one of the best product support professionals I have ever worked with. She represents Customily exceptionally well, and her dedication to customer success deserves recognition. Thank you again, Daniela, for all your help and support. Thanks again, James F

Awesome platform and awesome customer service. No question or issue too big or too small for the crew. Always ready to help and to find a solution to any issues I might have. Grateful for all the help I have received thus far. Thanks Team Customily

This is super customize-able and flexible. It is a little complicated, but it has to be in order to have the amazing flexibility. The people at Customily have been very helpful.
