I would give a zero, if I could because that's what I've gotten from this company. I placed an order on 9/24 for s cosmetic case. Today is 10/24, and I still have no make up case. I emailed twice and both times I received a form email telling that a personalized item takes time. It doesn't take a month! This is fraud and I will be calling my credit card company to have the charges reversed.

Ordered end of JULY and still don't have. Even though it was promised for end of August. When I inquired I was told "it's a custom item, it takes time". Really, 10 weeks? Never again.

1 month passed and I didn’t receive my orders. I sent emails and nothing. I sent even for that Olivia advised on my first review . Nothing!At this point I really think this is a scam and I just lost my money 😕

Everything went wrong. I ordered and was charged and never received the order. I was charged for shipping insurance without being asked and there is no way to use it. I have tried to track the order and it cannot be found. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau and a dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered in Aug and never got my item! I contacted them and they questioned if I had order from them, I send the screenshot shop of the e-mail I had received from the company! After that I received another e-mail confirming that my order was in process! Now had another e-mail stating that it was would be sent! To this date I have not received anything! Am not only upset that my credit card has been charged but I have yet to see my item and it has taken this long to get it! Will never again buy from this company!
