With your help and also some help from ChatGPT I was able to narrow my bikes lighting problem down to the windshield trim light bar. There were some segments of the light bar that were not working. I unplugged this light bar and reconnected my saddlebag lids lights and my trailer lights came on and are working correctly.  Thanks for explaining the operation of the BCM and how the running lights power the DL1 module through the wake wire. I would never have figured this out with out your help. I am thankful Custom Dynamics has a tech help phone service. Thank you Don Woods. Awesome.
