Our overall experience with this company has been very concerning. From the beginning, we were informed that production had been affected by a factory shutdown and that our order would be delayed. After we raised concerns, the company arranged faster shipping, which helped recover some of the lost time. When the order arrived, the boxes were poorly made and could not be used for their intended purpose. The company then agreed to issue a refund. It has now been four months, and the refund is still unresolved. Each time we followed up, we were simply told that it was “being processed,” without a clear timeline or meaningful update. Today, we were informed that the refund would be issued partially, in weekly installments—something that had never previously been communicated to us. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company proceed with caution.
