CustomchallengecoinsReviews of customchallengecoins.net

Went to the website to get a quote on a custom challenge coin order. The entire process was amazingly simple. I uploaded the design I had in mind and within two day was shown a mock up of what the coin would look like. The website made the the process of uploading artwork, showing the mock up version, approving the final design and then placing the order extremely easy to understand and navigate. The processes was so easy I decided to just stick with them and didn't bother getting any additional quotes. I placed the order and when the challenge coin arrived, it was even better than expected. Was a fantastic experience from start to finish!

I am so impressed with the customer service team. I had never ordered this type of product and your team made is so easy and took all my fears away. I would recommend your company to all my Fastsigns Team Mates for these types of projects. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Thank you for making this an easy process! Your site is easy to use and the customer service is great from start to finish. I'm excited about the challenge coin and can't wait to receive the finished product.

I really appreciate that your company was able to get my order done on a short notice. Thank you again for being very helpful on making this happen.

This company hired me for a marketing project through a freelancing agency and never made the payment for work completed.

I ordered 5 gold and 5 silver coins. To check the quality of their engraving, I instructed them to engrave 1 coin (John Doe, 2010. They engraved all coins with John Doe- 2010. When I raised it, they pointed out that I had signed off in the artwork. Yes, but the artwork did not include order quantity. They sent me 5 Gold and 5 Silver coins. Simple common sense was absent. When I asked they correct it they offered 15% discount on a fresh order!

Smooth service from the start, good communication and feedback throughout and competitively priced. Will use again if I need Challenge Coins.

The quality of the coins was exceptional, and they arrived even faster than expected! The company/your team's communication was fantastic – always responsive and helpful!
