Generally very responsive. I would have given 5 Stars, but was a bit let down during my last transaction, possibly a one time miss, but it sticks in one's mind.

customer service was great. timeliness was impeccable and quality of image was wonderful. Only area that could use improvement was the pin-back. A bit flimsy for the size of the button. None the less would still recommend.

They did quite well. The buttons were high-quality, and they came in on time. Short review, but they did everything very well.

Qualirty of the buttons are great. I have not seen pin buttons in years and assumed they would be magnetic. I know to specify on my next order.

I was very pleased with our button....the first one created was off in color of print but they created a second button and it was just perfect. Very easy to work with and delivery was very fast.
