Jacket to small,never herd back from them
I to ordered a jacket from them in Nov. Had to contact them in Dec. For shipping info as I had not received any. Jacket finally came and it was about 2-3 sizes to small even though I figured it was Asian sizes and ordered 2 sizes bigger. Quality is just so,so. Cheap like I kinda expected. Contacted them about returns and sent pics they requested and haven't herd back from them since. Ended up going to harley and buying her a better jacket for a few bucks more.( ya l know..should have done that in the first place!)

We have checked with our customer support and we see that the item you bought is correct with our size chart, and they also replied to all your emails, please kindly check your spam/junkmail as well. About the size issue, before a purchasing decision, we have many steps for customers to check and re-confirm the items they buy: 1. A red note at size guide to suggest customer to check size chart carefully before they place order 2. A confirmation email with details of items they bought (size, color, product name, product code, ...) 3. After customers check and wanna change anything, our policy offers about 12-24 hours for customers to contact and change what they want. 4. Even if the products have not been produced yet, we still let customers (even few days) to change WITHOUT EXTRA FEE. If the size is different from our size chart, we are willing to resend a new item with correct size without fee. In case if the customer ordered wrong size they need, we normally offer a good coupon for customers to reorder. If you have not receive it, please contact our customer support to get it.
