The quality of my custom boxes and…
The quality of my custom boxes and printed tissue paper was very good, and I’m happy with the finished products. Unfortunately, the process took much longer than expected. My design was fairly simple, and I provided clear instructions and reference images, but it still took several revisions to get it right. Each change generally took a full business day for a response, and those delays added up. My packaging ultimately arrived about a month later than I had anticipated, which meant I was without my boxes for several summer markets. I appreciated that part of my order was eventually shipped express, although I wish the entire order had been expedited given the delays. Duties and customs also added to the overall cost. The quality is definitely there, but if you have a firm deadline, I would allow plenty of extra time. Unfortunately, between the delays and final cost, I would likely use a different supplier in the future.
