The couch has a nice aesthetic but not worth the price in my opinion. Fairly comfortable for sleeping, not as comfortable for sitting. Website indicates shipping is the next business day but it took approximately 1 week to ship and a lot of follow up with customer service who did not acknowledge their shipping delay. I use the couch in my office and it works well there.

The product is great! Shipping was a longer experience than we had expected. It took about 3 months after ordering to finally receive our product. We reached out to support and they were really responsive which we appreciated. We just wish it was here faster so we could’ve used it when we had guests over.

I like the comfort of the bed with the topper. When it is use as a sofa, it is very firm and stiff. Maybe it would break in, but we just don't sit on it often. My biggest complaint is the the zippers are all breaking. The backrest turns into the foot of the bed. It is supposed to be attached by a zipper, but the zipper never worked. Now, about a year later, the other zippers are breaking. I am going to have to buy an aftermarket sofa cover. I also don't like that you have to use the topper for comfort, but there is nowhere within the sofa to store it, so you have to find a big spot of open space in a closet for it. By the way, they offer a money back guarantee, but when I tried to return it, they offered me 50% back to keep it, so I ended up accepting the offer and paying about $600 for the sofa, which is still a bit pricy considering the quality.

Easy delivery & Assembly. Couch is significantly comfier than my past couches but definitely needs to be broken in. Pulling it out into a sleeper is super easy as well, I just wish the mattress cover could stay on the couch the whole time when folded up!
