CushieReviews of cushiehome.com

I am enjoying my new Cushie in the office space of my home. I sit on it to read through paperwork. I hope that it will also be a great place to sleep when I have more guests than one guest-room full - but I haven't tried sleeping on it yet. Order fullfilment was great. One comment - I wish the arms had a little piece of velcro on the bottom to keep them from falling off all of the time. I knock them off constantly, and I wish there was something to keep them in place when using the couch as a couch rather than a bed. I like the sage green color a lot.

Marvin in customer service is exceptional! We started out a bit rocky but ended up getting everything sorted out. The sleeper sofa was put in our RV and it’s a huge upgrade in comfort from the terrible RV furniture.

Order was accurate and we received it very quickly. I ordered the chair which turns into a twin bed. I have not slept on it yet but tested it out and it seems like it will be ok for a night or two. Love that it fits into my spare room with taking up too much space.

I am completely satisfied with my Cushie products. They were very easy to assemble, and my grandchildren absolutely love them. If I had one criticism, it would be the delivery process. The order arrived in three separate shipments over two days, so at first I thought one of the pieces had been lost. However, when I contacted customer service, they were very helpful and quickly explained the situation. Overall, it was only a minor inconvenience, and I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend Cushie products.

Love the sofa. I like to sleep on it more than my bed because it is so comfy. the only issue i have is that the sofa tends to slide forward from my wall and the pieces move apart easily.

Our order was delivered quickly.

Arrived on time, though sofa did come in three different boxes that arrived on different days. I wish that had been a bit clearer when I purchased, but otherwise delivery was smooth and easy.

New baby had me sleeping on a 4" foam floor mat. After two days with your mattress I'm not waking up in pain every morning!
