The product showed up before they said it would, the quality of the work was amazing. I ordered a round rug and a tapestry, and both are beautiful. I have placed them on the wall because they are so beautiful that I would not want anyone walking on the rug. My granddaughters all love them and want one. I know where I will be shopping for Christmas this year.

I ordered a remembrance gift for a dear friend of mine who lost her brother. I was able to pick out the verse I wanted and add a picture. It was absolutely beautiful. She loved it. Usually I stay away from ads I see on social media but when I saw them I had to look a bit further. I clicked on and saw a beautiful heart shaped display piece that honestly made me cry when I saw it. This will make the perfect gift for my mother who sadly lost her 4 legged friends over the last couple of years. The overall process to order was fairly straight forward and I especially loved the fact that they send you a preview image of what you have selected with a live view built into the customisation screen. I had to contact customer service twice but both times were my own mistake for not reading the product description fully. Nothing wrong at all, the first time was regarding the delivery and when I checked they were within the timeframes they describe on the website, sadly the shipping from the US to the UK takes a little while but that cannot be helped by anybody. The second time was regarding the protective film. Again, I didn't read the product description and I didn't spot there was a protective layer, my mistake! Once I removed the protective layer the item was absolutely perfect. Both times I contacted customer service and gave them my order number, they were extremely quick to reply and always provided me with great customer service (even though the mistakes were mine) and they were also very quick to respond even with the time difference. Overall I would happily order with this company again and I would encourage other people who may be on the fence to go ahead and order.

I cried when I received my personalised iPhone cover and blanket of my beautiful furbabies. Fast delivery service all the way to Australia. It looks exactly to the way it was ordered. I absolutely love it and have had many comments on how beautiful my iPhone cover looks. Thank you!! 🐶🐱
