Hi Gabby. I'm sorry but I checked and did not fiind any order under your name on our record. As you mentioned 30 days return policy, I wonder if you have rated the wrong store - There are 2 stores that have quite similar names with us and I found they have that policy - Cusgiftlove and Cusgiftforlove. Normally, we always check customer's request carefully and it's impossible that we missed your request almost 6 days. Hi Customer. We're so sorry to hear that you were not pleased with the final product, but we can make sure there was no problem with it for the following reasons. First, you said the girl's hairstyle was wrong but the item was printed with your personalised design. Customer created the design when they placed the order and we just downloaded and printed it. There is no change on the design if customers do not require us to do that. Our system recorded your selection for the hairstyle also. Second, you said there are markings on the item. But they are not the ink markings or somethings else. They are the patterns, which already exist on your pesonalised design. We also zoomed the design and captured them for you to check yesterday. Through the video you sent us, it can be seen that the item arrived in good condition and meets the customer’s customization/personalization corresponding to your order. Therefore we can not agree with your review here. We also provided you all evidence for our position in yesterday's email. Thank you for your understanding!

Hi The front of your plaque has a protective film to prevent any scratches or damage during shipping, which may make it appear cloudy. This was clearly stated in the product description. To remove the protective film, we recommend blowing hot air on it for a few minutes or rubbing it with soapy water to soften the film. Alternatively, you can also scratch one corner of the product to partially tear the film, which will make it easier to remove.
