I ordered 4 different items as memorials when my pet passed over the rainbow bridge. I LOVE all of them. One had a small spelling error and they very quickly replaced it with no hassle. I love that type of customer service. I'll definitely order from them again. Great products, great prices.

I LOVE my new case!! Very well made plus I had made a mistake on the size of my case and I emailed this company to see if I can change it cause it would have been obsolete to use, but they contacted me back in no time and said yes they will change the size to the correct one. I am letting friends know and they themselves will be putting in orders as well. BTW! The price is worth it as well as the companies service!! MD

I ordered tumblers and other steel cups and they came out amazing. I love all of them. Very good quality. The only issue I had is that they took awhile to arrive BUT totally worth the wait. Customer service is outstanding. They always answer they emails promptly.

Excellent! I bought a small rug, and I love it. I think it's just a little to light weighted to use as a rug, and definitely to pretty, but I just hung it on my wall. It's so pretty! I definitely will order from them again! Very happy with my order. Excellent customer service!
