CusGiftsReviews of cusgifts.com

At a very difficult time for my family I ordered a beautiful ornamnet not knowing what to expect as I have never heard or seen this company before but I took a chance and am so glad I did. The ornamnet was exactly what I ordered and beautiful. It makes a difficult situation a little easier to bear when I see it. Shipping speed was so quick even at the holidays which I am sure this is the busiest time of the year. I am a million percent satisfied and will highly recommend this company to anyone. Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. I never ever write reviews but I had to for this company. You won't regret buying anything from them I'm sure!

The quality of the product is beautiful. The saying and add picture is great. I wanted something special for my daughter, she had just lost the horse of her dreams, and this item, with the beautiful saying, was as if it was made just for her. Thank You

I love my personalized phone case

Very cute case. So happy it looks exactly as pictured & I have received many compliments. Shipping time was reasonable. I would purchase again.

I love my personalized rug! I use it as a wall hanging and it's perfect. It was so easy to personalize with their step by step process. I can think of a dozen people who would love their products. I will certainly come back to CusGifts to purchase their gifts!

I didn’t read the description about there being a film on my ornament and emailed them to tell them it wasn’t right. They emailed me back in just a few hours and were very nice explaining to me how to remove it. After it was removed my ornament was absolutely perfect and I cannot wait to give it to my mom for Christmas! Excellent customer service and product!

I accidentally ordered the wrong cover for my new phone. When I contacted customer service, they sent a copy of the order, and I saw it was my mistake. Even though it was my fault, they gave me 20% off the new phone case I ordered. I call that good customer service. The new case came quickly and this time I ordered the right one. I love it. I have ordered from this company many times, and will continue to order from them in the future.

My Nieces cat Cali passed after 17 years..She had her since she was 10(my niece). It was really hard for her, and I plan on giving it to her for Christmas. It's a bit smaller than I expected, but it's perfect.
