AVOID! THIEVES! UNTRUSTWORTHY! I ordered 2 bodysuits since June! I received only 1 DAMAGED item and the other apparently got "lost in transit". Whilst awaiting, for 3 months for a new one to be sent, they said I clicked the option of me picking the item up, which I didn't. I wanted a full refund for my damaged order and the 1 I still NOT have yet received as well as all this made up rubbish. Its now been 5 months! The customer service people are absolutely ridiculous and honestly DO NOT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH! They're reluctant to give my money back but a stupid voucher code as if I will shop here again! Complete cons and untrustworthy site!

Why is the processing time taking so long? I ordered my stuff on the 29th of September. I got an email saying to track my order but every time I put my order number in it doesn’t take me anywhere and just refreshes the page. Nothing is being shipped and I can’t track my package. I’m hoping it comes soon but there is no reason for a package to take so long to process. Edit: I got a reply from their team telling how popular the order I ordered is, and told me I could change it to a different color they have in stock. I’m very pleased by how fast they actually responded. I’ve changed my review form a low star to a 4 star. Will be waiting to see how the material fits me.

It was easy to order, lots to choose from. Looking forward to my order. I can imagine ordering something more on this website.
