Good quality very comfortable

This was my first time purchasing anything from this site. I ordered something January 27 2024 and it’s been over 20 days and my item is still in processing ,hasn’t been shipped,I’ve sent multiple emails with no response. I’m asking for a refund. This is the worst shipping process and communication I’ve had on a shopping site. I will not be using this company again and still waiting on a refund and response.

I'm still waiting for an item that was bought on 10th February?

I wish I read the review before I purchase.. the commercial are Miss advertising. Showing something that is not real. The material doesn’t do the job bc is too stretchy it cant shape your body… and is a Latina showing the product never mention the product is made and come from china.. I complain and they offer a 20% for next purchase… after that who would make a next purchase???

Warning buy at your risk i put an order November 11 and at the 3 week i email them When the order was shipping they said it was out of stock so i ask them to cancel the order and they refused to cancel they keep trying to negotiate 10% off my next to 30% and in all the email they refused then at 5week they told me my order ship and they still refuse to sent me a return label so i had to put a claim through the card company witch they refunded my money your better off buying from Amazon i found them cheaper and better quality trust me and the last email they ask me not to leave a bad reviews the 30 return is not true i can prove my whole situation they also said they were a small company with no access to return label a little odd dont you think GO TO AMAZON at least you can return stress free .¡!!!!!!!!
