The faja is good i do love it but the material on the butt rip I don’t have a big buddy so I don’t know why it rip i just got it like 2 weeks ago and by the third day broke

Malísima experiencia un pedido no me quedo ni siguiera me la pude probar parecía para un bebé la faja completo que ofrecen la regrese para que la cambiaran y dinero que no que estaba manchada en la entrepierna . Como así si ni siguiera pude ponérmela de lo pequeña que estaba . Le quedaba a mi hija que pesa 110 lb . Nunca mas comprare con ellos

I ordered 4 items. Of those, 3 were the wrong size - they are pretty much useless. The one that was the correct size (large) there was not enough support and the edging is already coming apart.

I ordered a set of 3 shapewear and when I got them they were to big so I return them and they emailed me saying that one of them was damaged and that they couldn’t exchange it so now I’m stuck with one that is to big and it has a whole on the side that wasn’t there when I return them because I didn’t even wear them they all still had the tags. Very disappointed

Our Logistics team carefully reviews each returned garment to ensure it is in good condition. In your case, we found that the fabric of the Full Body in Pure Chocolate was ripped at the back, under the stripes, even though the product had its tags on. Please note that in order for a returned item to be accepted, it must be in perfect condition, as stated in our Returns Policy, https://es.curveez.com/pages/returns Conditions for refunds and exchanges To receive a full refund or exchange, returned products must be: Unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. Without any stains and animal hair on it. You must consider the following: 1. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase. 2. You have 72 hours from the day and time you received your order to review that all your products have been delivered in perfect condition; if you find fabric damage, you must email us immediately at [email protected]. Primeramente intente comunicarme con ustedes porque había un error en la orden y nunca me llamaron para corregir la misma. En adición me dieron un 15%de descuento que nunca pude aplicar y tampoco se comunicaron para encargase del asunto. Por otro lado tuve la oportunidad de probarme uno de los productos y no realiza lo que tanto ponen en sus anuncio. Puesto que todas son modelos con cuerpos esbeltos, verdaderamente las fajas le quedan bien por esa razón.
