If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. Very rude, not willing to help at all after they sent the wrong size curtains. No discount, no refund, nothing! Just told me “ have a good day”!!!!!

When my panels came, one panel had the grommets upside down on the pattern. They offered me 5%, then 10%, then 15% and finally 20% to keep them and I told them each time that (1) I couldn't use them, and (2) they made the mistake so send me back a pre-paid shipping label and I will ship it to them. On all the occasions they refused. Something wasn't right and I went back to my order, only to find out that the pattern they sent me was similar, but not the pattern I ordered in the first place. They will not refund my payment and will not pay for return for their bad product.

Item never arrived and I was given false tracking details. After a lot (two months) of arguing they agreed a partial refund and that’s been sat with PayPal for almost a month who have confirmed the money has never been sent. Avoid, avoid, avoid (And I can evidence with screenshots and emails the above statements in full)

Avoid at all costs. The curtains have arrived over a month late (as it turns out they are shipped from China) - wrong size, all covered in small marks and the quality is extremely poor with loose thread hanging out etc. Curtainsland are denying any responsibility and after I declined a 10% offer to keep the curtains as is became extremely rude and threatening.
