CurtainslandReviews of curtainsland.com

The curtains took over a month to arrive even when I paid expedited shipping, and I have to pinch pleat them myself which means the dimensions given no long work because you lose almost 1/2 the width when you pleat them.

Do not order from this company. Its from China and their customer service is really bad. I ordered curtains in the beginning of March 2022, i still have not received them. Tracking that they provide is not updated so thats no use. I have sent so many emails and all they reply with is they have been sent. AVOID

DO NOT USE - SCAM. After 8 weeks I have still not received my order and there is no tracking available. After repeatedly chasing this all I have received is the same generic message about delayed shipping. Emails are poorly worded with spelling mistakes which further evidences the legitimacy of this company. Pls do not make the same mistake as me unless you want to be caught up in an endless stream of emails fobbing you off with no resolution.

Please, please do not use this company for the following reasons: 1) As others have said, it takes ages for the products to arrive for China. 2) When the curtains did arrive, they were not the right colour (we ordered grey and they were oatmeal apparently to this company the same colour), made properly (we could not possible hang them as they were made incorrectly) and the wrong size - even though we had chatted online (with evidence sent to them of our conversation) with them confirming the size we required and assured us they would fit - they were totally the wrong size. 3) This was was where the fun started. As I said we received faulty goods, the seller said yep you can get refund but only if you send back to China at your cost. We pushed further and they offered 15% refund, then 20% followed by 30% we finally agreed 35% for a product that was not made properly, the wrong colour and the wrong size. Apparently all our fault. This is theft. Do not use this company, they are scammers, use social media to tell people not use them and tell your friends that they are fraudulent.

The curtains took a long time to come which was expected. When they arrived I noticed immediately that the colour was wrong. I ordered Champagne and got a horrible peach colour. The curtains also had a horrible frill on the edges which wasnt shown in the images aswell as the tie backs being bright pink and 1 was broken.... I hung the curtains to see how they actually looked where I discovered they aren't cut straight so they bulge in the middle, and they are not blackout as advertised. They just look horrendous!!! I spent £66 on the purchase and I am now in the process of returning and getting a refund. I will not ever purchase from this site again!

I ordered curtains 84" wide x 64" drop and received 45" x 95". After sending 2 pictures to prove the size was wrong and waiting a month for a response I was told (copied from the email): 'all the curtains are in 2 panels, for example the 84" width one will include 2 panels each for 42". For your item: 1 x 22455914 Medallion Room Darkening Curtain Panels Gold Grommet Drapery for Living Room, Purple, W84" x L63", 2 Panels - Colors : Purple - Panel Width : W84" x L63" - Header Types : Grommet In order to preserve the pattern, we only make the height of 2.4 meters, if the height of 1.6 meters, the pattern cannot be seen.' I was then given the option of a 25% refund if I kept the curtains - I accepted this as after reading other reviews I realised I could lose more money if I sent them back.

This company is horrible. Lost my order, then did not send it express shipping even thought I paid for it. It came late. Would not refund express shipping. Quality of the fabric is poor. Did not send all the hooks that were suppose to be with the order. Tie backs are poor quality. Customer service could careless! I would never buy from them again!

Awful experience. Waited 4 months for a set of curtains for my daughter's room for them to only send one of the pair purchased. Another 2 months and they send the missing curtain only for it to be half the size of the first. We're now 8 months into waiting with many failed promises and stalling on a refund.
