The overall experience wasn’t completely great. All was well until I received the socks. I ordered cute “COW” socks, but I received socks with “not as cute” dogs. You don’t just change someone’s order without notifying them. That’s unheard of!

I find the product to be awesome, in every way, EXCEPT, usb-c at both ends is painful, as I don't have any usb-c sockets in my house.

my experience with this company was almost a 5 star however the one issue I found annoying was when ordering I found I had purchased two items instead of one. The reason? I had pressed the return button on the bottom of the page instead of exiting and after doing that it told me I had purchased two. The rest of the experience was good, time spent in transit was good and the item was exactly as promised and operated how the advertising had presented it to be.
