I was charged for items I did not order. The products were not as advertised and I received very little response to my request. I placed the order over a month ago and just received a reply today 3/17/26. I hope I will receive satisfaction soon.

How interesting. If you don't click on a decent number of stars, you don't get the survey, but a request to be contacted. Anyway, I ordered two pair of belt things and only received one pair. OK, mistakes happen. I emailed Curiovas three times and got no response, so I went to Pay Pal for a refund. Still haven't heard from the company, other than asking how I liked the service. For the record, I didn't like it at all...

Hello, Unfortunately, I found the advertising for this product to be misleading. Specifically, both cars are significantly smaller than they appeared on your website, and they cannot be used to race each other as advertised because the controllers interfere with one another. I also noticed a similar concern with a blanket advertised on your site, which is shown as having a 3D appearance. Based on what I continue to see on your website this product is not 3D, I do not believe the delivered product would not accurately match what is being advertised. Additionally, I previously reached out regarding an issue with tracking numbers not working, but I have not received a response or clarification over months of requests. Once I feel a website is not being honest about its products, I choose to move on. This is disappointing, as you offer some items that are otherwise very appealing. Thank you for your time.

Blanket is not as shown very deceiving shows Dino’s faces bulging from blanket but what you get is a reg blanket flat like all blankets very disappointed. Yes in general the blanket is nice and very soft but then should say Dino blanket soft and very nice don’t deceive making it look like their faces are bulged out that is why rated only two
