Never received items

I refused shipment when it arrived. I had written numerous times to change my order from 4 funnels to one and my issue was never addressed or responded to. I FINALLY got a message my money would be refunded. Very, very poor customer service and would never deal with this outfit again.

The product you advertise is not what was delivered you advertised a welding machine what was delivered was a soldering iron two entirely different things not very happy if I wanted a soldering iron i would have asked for one what you are doing is false advertising

Total scam. Product not what was pictured at all……STAY AWAY !!!!

I was short shipped - I receive half the quantity of goods that I paid for. The no belt buckles were of an inferior function than was advertised

I did not receive a pair of "no belt". I received one item. I have written advising that a pair was not received. My reply was giving me an option to return the product or refund. I was simply asking for the other half of the pair. No reply as of today. I will now file a dispute with PayPal.
