I ordered No Buckle Belt × 1 No Buckle Belt-Black (1 pair) and only received one piece, not a pair. I sent 2 subsequent emails to customer service and never received a response.

I ordered 2 pair, but only received 1 pair. I have tried (in vain) together a response, but the company ignores my emails.

I didn't finalised the purchase but the money was taken out of my bank without my approval. I wasn't prepared to pay the price for the item as I felt it was too expensive but I was charged for it. I sent a message to send the item back before I even recieved it & had a reply come back about my purchase number being correct so that was obviously a robot & not a person replying.

Belts did not work for either myself or my wife. They held up our pants the same as a regular belt, which is loose.

I did not order two sets and advised Curiovas as soon as I got confirmation my order and asked them to cancel it or to refund the extra set. They did not and the reply did not respond to the issue I raised. Today I received the order and they sent 3 black and 1 brown. It was only the brown that I ordered and I don't even have one set of that.

I was not sent the items that I ordered. They sent two of the same transformer cars. The cars were very small and of cheap quality. The ones in the advertisement appeared to be much larger. I have tried to reach out so that I can return them but haven’t gotten anything reply. I feel like I have been robbed of $80 with no means to get my grandson another birthday present. Very disappointed and dissatisfied!

It seemed to take a long time getting this product in the mail. I did not get what I paid for. I paid for 2 of the same size blankets, but got 1 medium and 1 small.
