I received only one belt strap when the advertisement visually indicates there should be two straps? Why would curiovas send only one strap?

I NEVER received my merchandise. I wrote 4 emails asking where my product was and I NEVER received a reply. How can I review something I NEVER received. I will NEVER order anything from your company again. Is this what happens when something from China is ordered? You couldn't even be courteous enough to answer my emails? Are all companies in China like this?

i ordered 3 PAIR of the no belt buckles and only received 3 INDIVIDUAL buckles

I can only give them half a star, I’m still waiting for the half of my order! This is it for me, no more online shopping from these frauds. I always look for the lock on the website address but I somehow missed this one. I haven’t seen there ad either, whereas before I ordered something I saw them all the time. I looked up the address and that part of it was legit, although the place appeared to be empty and there was NO sign to indicate who occupies the building.
