I only received half of my order. After 3 emails I have still not had a reply. This has to be the worst on line company I have ever dealt with.

You did not send me the product I ordered. The ad I responded to said that your charging cable came with 3 different connectors, including the lightning one. The cables I received had only USB-C connectors which are useless to me. Further, your customer service response was outrageous and insulting. I want the product I paid for and I want you to make it right.

Product is useless, took too long to arrive and when I tried them they just pulled my belt loops out of shape and then the Velcro would not attach.

My Bf ordered The TrimNail Set!! Going on 5 weeks, nothing, So We Asked for Money to Be Returned?? They Did, but I'll Continue SHARING As To How You NEVER sent Mssgs, As To Why?? I'll be Passing the Word, As To How Rotten Service you have!! I had Ordered from You once Before, Received it. BUT NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I don’t know what it would take to get through to somebody who understands English!!! I ordered 1 pair of black and 1 pair of brown no buckle belt. What I received was 1 black and 1 brown. Not 1 pair of either. I have sent emails regarding this problem and have not received either a satisfactory reply nor the missing items. So if you want to know how I feel about doing business with Curiovas I will never order again from you and will post how I feel about your company on Yelp!!!!!!! You’re pathetic!

I've requested a refund ab return procedure, and Noone has responded.

I have contacted them three separate times because I didn't receive my full order and I haven't heard back. It would be great to get what I paid for. Poor customer service.
