I have not received my order. I typed in my complete address with my order, your company edited my address and received removed my apartment number. There are 7 buildings in this campus they all have the same address , buildings are signified by a letter, you removed mine from the address. There is no communication among buildings. The advertisement was totally. deceiving. I purchased the Spider-Man/ Robot car when in the advertisement you see the child requiring 2 hands to pick up the car and you saw a lady showing the car in its packing. The car looks to be about 2 feet long but when l received it is was 9 inches and nothing like what the mother is seen to holding it up. The car is rubbish False advertising. How do you get away with it. To return the car was going to cost more than the actual car.

On January 27, I ordered the 2-in-1 Magnetic Cars that transform into a flying dragon for my grandson’s birthday, which was on February 15. As of today, February 19, I haven’t received it, even though I received a notice early in February that it was on the way. When I went to track it today, there was a message stating that it was returned to sender as undeliverable due to weather conditions in my area, even though it was supposedly at my local post office. My address information was correct, so there shouldn’t have been an issue. I have sent an email to Curiovas regarding this nondelivery, and am waiting for a reply. I have requested a refund, but from other comments, I see that I may hopefully receive a refund without any communication. Fingers crossed.

Bought a drain cleaner that does nothing like advertised. All they sell are dreams.

Not happy with the no buckle belt, so I paid for the postage and returned it. Communication is practically nonexistent with this company. Asked for a refund more than once, and ……. Nothing? How hard is it to answer and email? Never again.

I was so disappointed with the Spider-Man car that turns into a robot the advertisement showed a very big car with a huge robot the car I received was delivered in my mailbox I was able to hold the car in the palm of my hand that is called false advertisement I’m waiting to see what the dinosaur blanket that I ordered looks like the one advertised showed the dinosaurs in 3d where you were able to actually move the head of the dinosaur I enjoy buying things for my grandchildren and seeing their faces light up but this was heartbreaking you just lost a customer

Never received package or a delivery date. You’re taken my money but haven’t sent me anything I ordered. What’s happening are you people scamming us with your ads. I’m aware this comes from over seas but I worked hard for mine. I ordered this for my grandson.
