I ordered a set of squishy plushes on July 22, for 20$. International shipping, the shipment costed more than the plushes, 28,5 $. I expected that the order will take more than a month to arrive, but there have never been updates on the shipment tracking after a few weeks. So i wrote to the store. Nobody ever answered me. Never. Totally ignored for almost three months. The Global Post needed the shipper's data for the refund, but the shop kept ignoring my mail and after 90 days they do not accept lost package claims. I think you should buy somewhere else if you are not in USA.

I bought one of their puzzles. As my granddaughter who is three years old is doing the puzzle the pieces were snapping off. I called them. They accused me of breaking. The puzzle would not refund my money or my $10 they charge for shipping terrible company.

Ordered from their store on amazon and was sent the wrong item. Sent seller a clear picture of the wrong item ordered and they still tried to say it was right. Scam company

We ordered a needoh form here and it never came and they only refunded us 5 dollars for an 18 dollar order! This place is a scam and just don’t buy ANYTHING here.

Terrible experience go elsewhere. Took forever to ship and didn’t get the correct items and there were holes in them. Seller was rude and sent a $7.50 refund on a $65 order. Never buy from here be warned.

Preorderd for a July shipment and they canceled the entire order (only to see they are still available for pre-order). If you are going to offer preorders on your site you need to be able to fulfill the order. Horrible customer service. Think twice before you place an order here makes one wonder what kind of personal info they are attempting to collect.

Dear All, I placed my order 6698 on december 18, on this website. Still I dont get it. It is February already!! All this time I try to reach them, also USPS.com and Emirates post. Nobody know where it is !! All orders from other websites coming in 2 weeks. I dont know who is guilty but I am tired to call them, and curiousmindsbusybags dont answering anymore to me!
