Kyle, this was obviously an accident. I have processed for you to get the missing fuse pair, however you could have emailed or called rather than leave a 1 star review. My cellphone number is 562.217.3974 you can always text or call me directly. I suggest text as I can quickly respond to those if I am in a meeting. Update: Thank you for your call today. I am glad you received the second set of fuses.

Update: They let me know that they had made a mistake and got it shipped out today. Good customer service. Shipping label created on the 13th but item never shipped. Contacted via the support email. Received a quick reply that packages hadn't went out yet and would ship on the 18th. It's now the 19th and still does not show that it has been shipped. Hard to review an item I have yet to receive.
