Tried contacting this site by phone, email and chat with no response. Had to file a dispute and a report to the FBI IC3 complaint, Product was available at Amazon for $100 less. These are in limited quantity and no longer available according to an Ebay seller. Company took the time once they found out about this situation that was unfortunately overlooked to make it right and they have. I am now very happy with their service and support.

Gary, sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. We admit that getting ahold of us by phone is difficult, with well over 100 spam calls per day we had to almost all together stop answering the phone. We have plenty of stock and amazon sales are sometimes available. We have reduced the ability of others to resell the products due to violations of MAP policies and other support concerns. We have Tooldom as our trusted reseller on ebay and amazon as well as a select few others.
