CurbioReviews of curbio.com

As a real estate agent, I recently had the pleasure of working with Curbio to help remodel a client's home. I can confidently say that my experience with Curbio was nothing short of exceptional, and I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of home renovation. From start to finish, the team at Curbio was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering top-notch results. They took the time to listen to my client's needs and preferences, and worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was perfect. The quality of their workmanship was truly impressive. The Curbio team's attention to detail was unmatched, and they went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the renovation was executed flawlessly. The end result was a beautifully transformed home that exceeded both my client's and my expectations. Throughout the process, communication with the Curbio team was seamless. They kept me informed every step of the way, and were always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. In short, I cannot recommend Curbio highly enough. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to excellence truly set them apart in the home renovation industry. If you're looking for a partner to help you transform your home, look no further than Curbio.

I appreciate the communication throughout the entire process. Everything looked great and we went under contract quickly with multiple offers.

As an assigned Realtor to list the home, I was amazed how the property transformed and ready to sell. Not only my client didn't spend a dime during construction process but were helped by an amazing project manager from start to finish. Thank you Curbio!

After 40 showings, we didn't have a contract because the Seller wouldn't do any improvements. Our Curbio Project Manager, Harrison Stone, was able to get the Seller to think outside of the box, and he came up with great solutions to help my Seller with home inspection repairs, after renovating the kitchen and painting the house.

Communication

I recently used Curbio for the first time with some clients who handed me their key and said Fix it and sell it. I called Curbio, handed them the key and said fix it so I can sell it. They did a great job and my coordinator Ja'nae was amazing. they fixed it and I sold it in a week with six offers $100,000 over asking in a declining market! Thanks Curbio

Working with Yursa at Curbio has been an incredible experience. As a realtor, I have dealt with many contractors to assist with repairs and renovations for my clients properties. Yursa has gone above an beyond my expectations. She has been very professional with each interaction and has done everything she said would get done in a timely fashion. She was very knowledgeable of the process and pays great attention to detail. Her level of communication is thorough and she is very responsive. Yursa provided great recommendations throughout the project which has given me peace of mind with the overall outcome. Although our project was delayed due to my clients timeline, she remained patient and encouraging throughout the process. Now that we are coming to an end of the project, both my client and I are very pleased with Yursa and Curbio. I would love to continue working directly with Yursa on future projects as she provides clients with everything you need. Because of Yursa, I will definitely be using Curbio again.
