CurbioReviews of curbio.com

Curbio was great to work with. Our project was a major renovation that required several permits before we could get it off the ground, and Curbio made sure that everything was taken care of despite several setbacks from the city. To overcome the hurdles, our project manager, Eddie De Leon, really came through. He was so efficient with helping us get to the finish line and on the market. I can't thank him enough. The house turned out beautiful.

Positives: Good knowledgable employees and contractors. Completed the job in a timely and professional manner. Negative: Marginally high Presale improvement costs.

Curbio is AMAZING! They use their own money and their own resources to fix and/or repair YOUR home for market! They provided a local point of contact foreman who oversaw all the construction projects and took all the stress off the homeowner and me, their agent! I highly recommend Curbio if you plan to sell your home!

I've now partnered with Curbio on multiple projects and have been 100% satisfied with the entire process. From project inception, through work completion. Bravo! Well done! Keep up the good work.

Curbio was amazing to work with. The communication and quickness on how they could get to work and finish was fantastic. Highly recommend using them.

The process to start the actual work on the property was very lengthy and dragging, prices are higher than local guys, but the most pleasant part of the entire process was the GC John. He was professional, focused, effective, communicative and attentive in all the aspects. He made sure each works done perfectly and no promises left behind unmet or undo. He is a great asset for Curbio!

I highly recommend Curbio for their outstanding prelisting repairs and updates. The kitchen upgrades, including new fixtures and granite countertops, along with painted cabinets and new hardware, have transformed the space into something truly remarkable. The project manager kept everything on track, and my clients are thrilled with the fabulous results. Thank you, Curbio, for your professionalism and exceptional work.

Curbio did a remodel of new paint, flooring, cleaning, demo, installed new dishwasher, removed pop corn ceiling, and refinished bath tub and tile surround. Their technology with their portal is amazing. It is one easy place to keep all communication about the project in one easy place to find. Prices seemed on par with other contractors so it is a benefit to have Curbio do it instead of piecing out all the work. Thank you for your work and I would recommend them to anyone and I'm currently using them again on another seller's home.
