CURAReviews of cura-co.com

As an Implementation Manager responsible for deploying Aerotrac across multiple organizations, I have worked with several software vendors and consultants over the years. CURA stood out for their ability to quickly understand our requirements and translate them into a practical, user-friendly application. CURA has built an Intelligence Dashboard that sits on top of our customer databases to provide key insights across departments built around the metrics that matter most to organizations for tracking their business performance. CURA team took the time to understand the business logic, delivered quickly, and worked collaboratively throughout the project. I would happily recommend CURA to any organization looking to build tools to automate manual processes or turn business data into meaningful insights to transform the way they look at their operations.

CURA replaced hours of manual prospecting with a fully automated workflow. We now filter by company type, size, and location, and the system handles everything- finding businesses, enriching contacts, verifying emails, and pushing clean data straight into our CRM. What used to take hours now takes minutes. Setup was quick and tailored to how we/I work, with strong support to ensure the team actually used it. Within weeks, we’ve saved significant time and built a much larger pipeline. If you run a recruitment agency or leading a team and your team is still doing manual lead gen, it’s a no-brainer.

After my initial consult, CURA got to work straight away and delivered what I needed in 24 hours, which compared to what I had been building for 12 months and still being incomplete was the best investment my business has made to date. Would highly recommend the CURA team to anyone wanting a swift transition and custom tools for their implementation.

We run a specialist recruitment agency with a team of 12 and prospecting was killing us. Our consultants were spending the first two hours of every day manually searching LinkedIn, pulling company names into spreadsheets, and trying to find the right contact details. Half the time the data was out of date before we even got to send an email. CURA supplied us a lead generation tool that changed that completely. We now search by company type, region, and size, the system finds the companies, enriches the contacts, verifies the emails, and pushes everything straight into our CRM ready to sequence. What used to take two hours per consultant per day now takes about three minutes. The onboarding was fast and straightforward. We had a scoping call, they captured exactly how we were working, and the tool was live within the first week. The CURA team checked in regularly, shared early ROI numbers, and made sure the whole team actually adopted it rather than just handing it over and disappearing. Six weeks in we can track exactly how much time we have saved and the pipeline our consultants are now working is significantly larger than before. We have already started looking at what else CURA can automate for us. Highly recommend to any recruitment agency owner who is tired of watching their team do work a machine should be doing.'

I was skeptical about AI and when I spoke to the CURA team, I quickly realised I was in good hands and I that they would provide a suitable solution. I am pleased to say we have now completely automated our sales outbound / inbound functions and are seeing amazing results. Thanks to Dan and his team
