This is the worst eye 'cream' I have ever used. It is hard and drags the under-eye area when trying to use it. My eyebags actually look a lot worse. I have given it a fair trial but am now going to return the remaining stick for their promised refund.

If I could, I would give this product 0! It doesn't work. All it is scented chap stick. To make matters worse, the company advertises after 90 days if you're not satisfied, you can return it,return it to China! Check out the BBB!

Would give a zero if possible. Customer service doesn’t honor the refund or refund policy. They won’t get back to you. They take your money and don’t stick to their policy of 90 day return. And the product is ineffective

Paid £50 and did not receive they sent a made up proof of delivery and kept my money. Think its a scam so beware.

My order was never received . I did get an immediate response once I emailed customer service . I was given a full refund- without out the option of Cuma resending my order. I would appreciate a sample of the under eye cream for puffiness & bags. Thank you.

I see that people are reporting a refund. I believe this is not true as I am disputing the return policy process with CUMA. Yes they will allow me to return the package to CHINA @ $64. plus. CUMA will not provide a USA address and have said it's 'on' them however will not allow me to return the product to the Texas address 'just' posted on their website. BUYERS? I wouldn't !

Both sticks came in one little envelope. It certainly should NOT have been $23.00 for shipping. They came in a little envelope. Why charging two different costs for each stick that came to my house together. I was asked to give a good review but that is impossible given the horrible customer service.
