My order was never received despite a delivery notification. Email follow ups have been ignored and the two phone numbers I found for the company are nonworking numbers.

Absolutely rubbish fake product. Actually made my under eyes sting. Seems to be a stick of congealed vaseline Do not waste your money on this fraudulent product or anything else from these cowboys.

This product is not only useless, but the return policy is a scam too. I wish I could give it a 0 star rating. I offered to return product even for a small refund and customer service said to return it to address in Guangdong, China- the one time they interacted with me in mid-March. I would have mailed it to China, but they didn't provide an import number which is now required when sending goods to certain countries from the USA. Nor did they offer any other guarantee of getting even a small % as a refund. I feel like a sucker.

This product did not work for me. I bought it as it was a money back guarantee. Good luck getting your money back. I did not have pictures to prove it. They stated they would then offer me a 10% refund. I accepted that as I had no pictures and I never heard from them again. No refund and no returning numerous emails.

First of all, the product is from China!!! Big fat misrepresentation as they make you believe it's a US made product! They sent me the product - a 2 for 1 promo. One of the tubes was stuck and would not twist up so I reached out to customers service. The agent responded saying hi sorry he was and he did not want this to be my experience and he would send a replacement tube immediately. That never happened! After a couple of weeks of not being able to use it but also not wanting to open a second tube because I wasn't even sure if the product would work and didn't want to have two tubes that I had opened and used, I tried again to twist the tube up. I heard something snap inside it and it finally twisted up. After a few weeks of use there was Zero noticeable difference under my eyes. Furthermore, the product did not glide on smoothly and in fact pulled on the skin when I tried to run it over the already sensitive skin under my eyes! Exactly the opposite of what it claimed to do! I reached out to customer service again asking for a full refund! This is when I discovered the product was from china! They told me that I needed to provide photos showing the product didn't work and provided a return shipping address in china! This is when I went to PayPal and disputed it. I am still in the process of the dispute and have gotten $14.99 back but yet to receive the $35. I will not return the product as they will charge me shipping to return it and it will probably take at least 2 months to get to China! Horrible horrible experience all around and horrible product and company! Do not purchase any products from them!

BUYER BEWARE: The eye balm DOES NOTHING! They advertise that it reduces eye bags but this is a completely false statement. They have a 90-day money back guarantee but when you actually request a refund they ignore it. I truly hope they get penalized and go out of business ASAP.

One star is too much any way. I was charges twice on my credit card for a wrong order. Can't get any responses from Client services.Sent many emails. Terrible service and the product doesn't work.

Cuma Balm - If I could give it less than a one star I would. Please don't waste your money! BEWARE SCAM This product does not work and you can't get your money back. It cost me over $75 for 3 sticks. After using part of one, I saw no results and it tugs at your gentle eye area - not good! I tried to return only to find out it would cost more to ship it back (to China) than it did the product. The company's alternative is a 10% refund. MAJOR SCAM!
