Shelia has been a pleasure to work with. In a short time she has helped us bring sustainable change to our team. I am watching our team members become excited and focused on how to grow. Shelia knows people and she can quickly bring out the best within our team.

Sheila spoke at Equip Expo 2025 as part of a panel of women leaders in the industry. She was a great addition to our line-up, and brought a fresh perspective and new voice to the program. Would absolutely recommend her.

I recently had the opportunity to hear Sheila Matthews speak on people and culture topics, and she absolutely delivered. What sets Sheila apart is her genuine, approachable style combined with deep expertise built from real-world experience. Sheila doesn't just share theory—she brings practical insights from the trenches. Her presentations are filled with actionable takeaways that you can implement immediately, not just abstract concepts that sound good but don't translate to real business situations. Her authenticity really comes through. You can tell she's been there, done that, and learned the hard lessons herself. She speaks with the confidence of someone who truly knows her subject matter inside and out. If you're looking for a speaker who can genuinely connect with your audience while delivering substantive content on people and culture, I highly recommend Sheila Matthews. She's the real deal.

Shelia was pretty much the miracle I needed. For a decade I have essentially been doing everything myself, and every time I've tried to get a new hire to help me, it felt like I was trying to get a fish to climb a tree. Thanks to Shelia's help, for the first time in my career, I am starting to finally have a process that gets me good people predictably. Shelia is both highly knowledgeable and a great communicator, and presents advanced field-tested concepts in a way that is easy to understand, and implement. Furthermore, she clearly cares. I've spent lots of money with consultants over the years, and they've all been worth it, but I don't think any of them went as above and beyond as Shelia has. I can't recommend her enough.

Sheila is a total professional and an expert in what she does. Highly recommend working with her!

I've had the incredible opportunity to work with Shelia over the last 2 years - in short she's incredible. Building a company because hard as you add more people. Making critical hires, building the right culture, and handling internal "people issues" is her specialty. I can't recommend Shelia and Culture Pro enough. Stop waiting and just hire her.

Shelia is a total ace at all things HR but specifically the strategic communications side which honestly, is the most important. She helped us navigate thru some very tricky and fraught with peril situations for a small company with aplomb. As a C-level executive, I have 20+ years in major corporations and I trust her judgment and advice without hesitation. She has been a major asset to us and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

In her role as Interim Head of People, Shelia has been an invaluable asset to our company. She has provided exceptional guidance in hiring, helping us systemize and scale our talent acquisition, which has become one of our most significant strengths. Her insights into cultivating our biggest asset—our people—have transformed the way we approach growth. Beyond recruitment, Shelia has played a pivotal role in developing our leadership team, equipping them with the tools and strategies to manage more effectively. Her mentorship has been instrumental in fostering individual growth but also in ensuring that our team is in the best possible place to thrive. We feel positioned for healthy, sustainable growth as an organization thanks to her guidance. Her dedication to building a strong, cohesive team culture is unmatched, and I’ve personally learned so much from her about leadership, talent management, and creating systems that will support our team at every level. We are truly fortunate to have her guidance during this critical time.
