CultureFlyReviews of culturefly.com

I got scammed as well, no friends box, no updates, no box, no customer service, no phone line, just a ridiculous ridiculous experience. Culturefly is a scam, might look good for Instagram, but this beyond a scam. Apologies for those who read this after they placed their order.

Paid in Feb 2021 for the Spring Friends Box - numerous emails about delays due to "covid" bunch of crap - everyone else on the plant is functioning with covid. Email after email, still no box, still no refund. Can't reach them by phone only email and they never respond

Absolutely do not order from this company! Over two months ago, I ordered the Nick Box. In that time, I got two emails letting me know that they were being delayed due to shipping issues caused by Covid. Crazy how everyone else on the planet seemed to figure it out but I digress. The last email I received told me it was shipping on May 17. On May 19, I reached out asking to be refunded. I was promptly emailed back saying I would have the tracking info no later than 48 hours later. Not to my surprise, I never got the info. I emailed them yesterday (May 22) asking to be fully refunded and that I didn’t want this anymore. I said if I was not contacted about being refunded in 24 hours, I would be contacting my bank to cancel the order and get my money back. I woke up this morning with no response, but instead an email saying my order was shipped. So my question is this...HOW is it a shipping issue causing my order to take over two months if it wasn’t shipped until today!? The issue is THIS COMPANY. I understand things happen, but when you lie to your customers under the assumption that you think they’re just plain dumb...that’s insulting. I’ve already sent another email saying that this is not what I asked for and will still be pursuing action with my bank. Why did I need to threaten that to get what I paid for? Absolutely so disappointed. This company is a scam. I could have gone out and put this box together myself in an hour. Lesson learned. Don’t waste your time or money.

My husband purchased the subscription of the office box. Paid for it at the beginning of March and still has not shipped. It is now the end of May and the next subscription will come out in June. Their excuse was FEDEX is short on drivers but I seem to receive all of my other packages from FEDEX from all over the country in a timely manner. No one to actually speak with and always emails. Really poor customer service and always blame the issue on other places and not themselves. Will never order from them again.

This place takes your money and ships eventually. Bought an item for a birthday. Promised shipping in April. It’s almost June. Nothing. Don’t waste your time and money on this garbage. They are a bunch of thieves.

I ordered The Office box subscription in March. They’ve had my money since then, and they keep pushing shipping back. I finally got a shipping notification on the 12th but there has been no movement since and according to FedEx they don’t even physically have the package yet. All emails are copy paste when I’ve emailed them. They blame global shipping delays, but it’s been a year into the pandemic and they should have some of that worked out by now. Glad we will be getting hoodies delivered the end of May 🙄.

Paid for a years service of boxes. Account says 1 box shipped, but I have not received any kind of email with a tracking number. I have repeatedly sent emails, asking for a tracking number, but no response. Very unprofessional company. Will not be using them again.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. The wrong size was entered and was noticed right away, I requested they change the size to my daughter’s size. They told me they could not change the size because a label had already been created. I’ve had a horrible experience with this company and fully recommend not subscribing to any of their boxes. It is a scam and they will not allow me to cancel or refund my money. I have months worth of emails requesting cancellation and was told it cannot be canceled because a label had been created. Then it took 3+ months for them to ship me the box I asked them to cancel. I’m sending it back unopened as I do not want it.
