I have had the Supernatural quarterly subscription for years now, but like with others, my boxes were consistently delayed. Then when I was charged for a box I did not want, because of lack of funds, I contacted them the very next day after I was notified of the charge. They told me they couldn't cancel the order or refund my money, and that if I want my money back I would have to send the box back to them. The stupid box hasn't even been shipped out yet and they didn't say they would refund shipping. They are greedy, unscrupulous people that don't care about their customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON COMPANY "POLICY".

I had a yearly subscription to the Culturefly Miraculous box. The first miraculous box was very impressive. There were many items that I enjoyed and would utilize. As the boxes went on, the quality when down and many items were not of use to me. I also bought the BOGO box. When I received it, everything in the box was damaged. I understand it was a free box but I got a broken cup, a stained shirt and many other awful items. I remember opening it up on Christmas morning and my family laughing at me telling me I got ripped off. I tried posting a negative review on their website but they pick and choose which reviews they want posted. They seem to value those who promote their company. Those people get the nice items.

I have previously gotten three boxes from them, and yeah the content was pretty neat but every single time it was delayed for one reason or another. I’d pay for another box before my first one even shipped. This experience however made me cancel my subscription. The box was very late, it was supposed to arrive in late October or early November if I remember correctly. Mid-December rolled around and it had finally shipped. Then it gets delivered to a different state. I try to contact them, it takes days for a reply and here I am, the start of 2022 and suddenly they have no access to my information and there’s no way to find out if I actually got my box or not. I have to fill out a form and submit it so they can decide if they want to send me another box and they won’t refund me either. I’m not wasting my time or money anymore, you shouldn’t either.

Boxes delayed, bad customer service. Was told they ran out of the BOGO box so I didnt get the free one. Other customers seem to have had the same problem as well. Customer service won’t even give a discount for the next box or give compensation. If your box contains a poster or something similar, it will be folded and damaged.

I subscribed for Pusheen Box Quarterly Plan in the year 2018 & 2019. I was quite satisfied and had no problems with delayed shipping or damaged items. The items were gradually better, I'm quite happy. I stopped because my daughter didn't have extra space for all her collections and also the price. I decided to place my Pusheen Box subscription again just days ago because they ran a BOGO deal where you get a free box when you became a subscriber. The website stated to put the code in and eventhough the free box will not show up on the confirmation page, but is still valid as long as the code is used. After subscribing it, I sent an email to the customer service just reminding them about the free box and after a few days, customer service replied and said they ran out of the free box. As much as I understand the website stated deal will continue until supplies last, I couldn't help feeling cheated and felt the ads were misleading. They only lured customers into subscribing without holding the promise to give out free box. They don't even care for the customers as no replacements will be made for the free box. It's too convenient for them to say sorry, we are running out of the free box. How do we know they're REALLY out of free box ?! It was false advertisings. As we all can read here, there's no customer service. Not even an official announcement on the website that they're out of the free box. I wouldn't have been notified accordingly if I didn't send out an inquiry thru email. So I'm feeling upset and disappointed, I had to cancel my subscription because as a customer, I CAN and it's my right. How hard is it to replace a free box ??!??

I loved the Ladybug boxes. I moved and gave Culturefly 2 months notice of this. It was on my account for manage my subscription on my billing and shipping details. Someone over there shipped to my old address 2 months later. I contacted Culturefly immediately and they said the package label was already printed, we are not doing a new one even though it is our error. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They lost a customer because they can't manage their business and have horrid customer service.

J'ai voulu testé une première box et à la réception j'ai été plutôt déçu. Ce qu'elle coûte + frais de port+ frais de douane = extrêmement cher pour ce que c'est. La valeur a l'intérieur est bien loin de ce qu'elle coûte. De plus, ils sauvegardent votre carte bancaire sans vous demandez l'autorisation et donc vous vous retrouvez avec un abonnement non consentit contrairement à ce qu'ils marquent sur le site. Fuyez et achetez vos goodises ailleurs.

The first Star Wars box was months late. Culturefly blamed the port of LA and sent a blast email to everyone who ordered. But that email was 2 months late. 2 months of me trying to reach customer service without an answer, until I threatened to fight the charge on my credit card. The first box I received was decent and I felt like it was worth the $50. The 2nd box however! I received it today and I'm very disappointed. The prints are so cheap, everything is so masculine, and a lot of the prints reference Star Wars toys. I would gladly return everything for a refund, which I know they don't do. I tried posting a negative review on their site, and I don't see it. They only post the 4 Star reviews it looks like. Such BS. I'm canceling my subscription.
