They advertised discounts for boxes but refused to honor them. Customer service representative did not answer questions asked in 1st email for a week. I was not satisfied with his answer so I asked to be contacted by a manager which a week later I am still waiting for contact. And I'm sure I will never be contacted by their manager. I'm in process of contact bbb and anyone that will listen. They are a terrible company that does not care about it's customers.

Never trust their shipping times. It’s taking them going on 3 weeks to even ship my package but told me I can’t cancel it because it’s “being prepared”… complete BS

I ordered the NY Hero Academia SUBSCRIPTION for my grandson for Christmas LAST DECEMBER. Didn’t receive 1st box for months. 10 months later he has received 2 boxes. They did not advertise that they take the full payment for the year immediately, and where are the other boxes??? Terrible terrible company. They sell out the boxes that have subscribers before they send them to subscribers. Negative 5 stars

Wanted to get a My Hero Acdaemia box but they only ship those ones to US and Canada even though their other ones ship to other places. It isn't fair to those who love My Hero Academia and want a box badly but can't get them because they only ship to two places...

My son saved up for a year to get a mystery box at NY comic con this year and we ended up with a $60 box of Zelda school supplies. Watching your 11 yr old kid go from pure joy to complete disappointment in a matter of minutes is a sad thing. Never again! TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND EFFORT.

Wish i could do negative stars. First box came in time no issues. 2nd box what a joke. Got lost took me almost 3 months to get them to even do anything. Sent another box and that one “got lost” too. Really have my doubts either ever shipped. Took me 2-3 weeks to get them to agree to send a refund. Companies a joke! Don’t buy from them!

I’ve been subscribed to the avatar box from the beginning. I did a one year subscription. Won’t renew. First box was pretty amazing but they sent a snowglobe in winter. As far as I can tell most people didn’t actually get one that wasn’t broken. No common sense on that. Second box was lesser quality but still pretty good but this most recent box? All of it is garbage. The calendar is such cheap material that it won’t last very long. The light up standee? Cheap plastic. I mean the hat doesn’t even make sense. It should’ve been a headband but it regardless you can tell how cheap everything was made. I won’t be renewing after the one year is up. Very disappointing

Bought one box it went pretty good but then 3 months later they auto subscribed me to another one even though i remember only clicking one. I decided to keep it because i didnt want to go through the hastle of returning it but Now its been 6 months since ive been charged and it hasn't even been shipped
