Customer Service is NonExistent
Have a few pieces of equipment that have never worked properly. Currently in dispute with amex for nine minths. Company pretends to set up "service calls" but nothing gets resolved.
Response from Culinary DepotMar 2, 2017
Hi Jon, Truly sorry to hear about your frustration and all the inconveniences you have endured in all that you have written above. We do have a huge reputation to live up to as we stand for complete transparency and continue to strive for complete 100% customer service and satisfaction. We do not pretend to set up service calls as they are coming straight from manufacturer. Please if you are unhappy with something please contact us at (888) 845-8200 (ask for Rachel) or via email [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you.
