CuemoraReviews of cuemora.com

I sent three communications with to the company about how the product caused several rashes on my face the very first day I used it. I contacted them the same day, and they asked me to affirm that it. In the mean time, I have been charged for a second tube in which I have not received; so, on be known to me, they have enrolled me in a subscription that I knew nothing about. Thank God that I was able to cancel it, but I have not, to this day, been refunded my $58.00.

My shipment was sent to wrong shipping address and I've sent tons of emails to try to correct this with no help. So don't trust these ads and now I have to dispute the charge and get a new card so they won't keep charging me very disappointed that I lost money and they won't refund or resend

If I could give them a negative zero star, I would. I placed my original order in July. I still have not gotten the product. They billed me the a second product before the first one was shipped out. Here it is Sept 9th and I have been billed for two orders and have not gotten any product at all. I reached out to them via email because they DO NOT have a customer service number. In which is a red flag and it took 2 weeks for them to respond to my email. They tell me to look everywhere and ask the neighbors because the product says delivered. This is a scam. Please do not order from these people. Had I seen these reviews before I placed my order. I would have not waisted my time.

This company sent me my first product then has been attempting to take money from my account on a weekly basis from an authorisued subscription. This is a scam. No one has responded.

Scammers!!! Ordered from them once and was added to subscription without my knowledge, taking monthly payments from my bank account. No way to contact them. I had to call my bank to stop any further payments. The product packaging looks so fake, I couldn’t even attempt to put such product on my face!

The product doesn’t work and when you try to cancel they definitely do not have a way to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel for over 3 months! i finally had to report them for fraud to the ftc and my credit card company

The product is extremely fragrant and contains undisclosed ingredients. I was enrolled in a subscription without realizing it. When I contacted the company to cancel future shipments, responses were repeatedly delayed and often redirected toward upselling rather than cancellation. Ultimately, they refused to process the cancellation, at which point I disputed the charge with Capital One. I currently have three bottles—only the first has been opened, and it has not been finished. Additionally, the packaging—yellow with white font—appears intentionally designed to be visually manipulative. Based on this experience, I consider the business practices misleading.

This product smells like glue fake product and the advertising is fake it doesn't peel of pigmentation total lies
