Hello Vicky, we are sorry that you had a negative experience with our response time. We always clearly state that it may take us 72 hours to respond, and we always do. I believe you received the information you wanted yesterday. Your review is really harsh accusing us with fraud etc. Please consider updating it. In either case, we would understand. Thank you for your business and good luck on your learning journey.

Very comprehensive when it came to language learning and development skills. There were several available courses and I liked the fact you could go at your own pace. We've been meaning to teach my brother ASL and this is entirely helpful. The site is user friendly and attentive to learners.

Hi Constanza, Our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Our technical team has been working on this issue, which has now been resolved. Your course should now show as 'complete', and we have also sent you the certificate of completion for your ASL course. Once again, we're very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and we will provide you with a full refund for your course. We hope this helps, and please let us know if we can support you with anything else. Thank you for your patience.
