Glad there are people on this planet that care enough to help innnocent animals that have been abused by vile human's.
I like that I was given updates and video's on how my donation was used to help the poor innocent beautiful dog that I donated to, to help out with the cost of his surgery.

I appreciate all that Cuddly does.
I appreciate all that Cuddly does for animals, the likes of which I'd previously never seen such horrific abuse done to any animal. I've donated a few times. I don't really like the "tips" and extras that are tacked on to my donation, but I understand the reasoning for them, so I agree to them.
Response from CUDDLYMay 24, 2024
Hi there Gaylene, Thank you so much for the review and feedback we take it very seriously. Concerning the tipping feature, we implemented this option to help keep our platform completely free for shelters and rescues to use. That being said, the tip feature is also 100% optional. If a tip was inadvertently added to your donation, our friendly customer service team can get that refunded for you. You can reach out to us at [email protected]. Thank you for joining us in the mission to save more animals!

My experience has always been great!
My experience has always been great! Cuddly does a great job with keeping you updated on pets you've donated to as well as to pets who need help. Which is very important. You get to see their progress which is amazing and really warms the heart. The stories are sad but they are also heartwarming, hopeful, and happy when you get to see these animals recover thanks to cuddly and the organizations involved through cuddly. It's a great site that allows one access to helping animals where one might not always know where to look or where to donate. I just think, overall, they are an awesome site that does a lot to help animals in need.
