Cuddly doing a lot for homeless, injured pets. Without Cuddly's help they would die. I'd like to thank all the people who work there and those who donate for pets! Let's keep on helping them! Together we can make their life better.

Something isn’t right. In 3 weeks you’ll find your one time type items are still on the dogs wish list. Their IG msgs are bizarre and defensive. They send 10 email per day with NO WAY to unsubscribe. This is fraud. No real agency would be sending daily emails.

Hi there, J Thank you so much for your review, we greatly appreciate your feedback and all you do for animals in need. I will do my best to clear up any misconceptions here but please feel free to reach out to [email protected] and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have. If there are any items that you are concerned about, I can happily look into those for you, but our rescue partners are able to add items to their wishlist in either a limited or an unlimited capacity. We leave these choices up to the discretion of our rescue partner so that they can choose the items they need the most. I would be happy to take a look at any of the IG messages you were sent and I am very sorry if any of them were defensive. Please let me know what I can do to help here and I promise I will get to the bottom of it for you! Our Customer Service Team can happily ensure you are unsubscribed from any emails you may have received. When you donate to an animal on CUDDLY you are automatically signed up for update emails from that rescue or shelter. That way you can check in and see how the animal you supported are doing! That maybe the reason you are receiving ten emails a day! We do understand that is a lot and we highly respect your inbox. If you need any support with unsubscribing, please let us know and we will make sure this gets done for you. You can reach us at [email protected] and I will personally make sure this gets taken care of. Thank you so much again for your generosity and review. I know we may have not made the best first impression, but if there is anything we can do to help or clear anything up, please let me know. Thank you for all you do for animals in need and have a great day!

I'm grateful for what Cuddly does, but sometimes the graphic nature of the posts can be unsettling. Perhaps that is necessary for driving donations. I just don't know. Also it would be great if each donation candidate had a clear vetting from Cuddly so we know our money is being used responsibly. EDIT: Cuddly has clarified their extensive vetting process, updated to 5 stars

Thank you so much for your review! We apologize for any photo or story that may have caused negative feelings, as we do not have any intention of causing harm to our donors. Our mission is to help our rescue partners raise awareness of the animals they intake by being 100% transparent with our community on the animal's condition. We want to showcase the animal's conditions at time of rescue, as well as their recovery process, and needs. As far as vetting goes, Our vetting process is very vigorous. CUDDLY uses sites like Guidestar and Charity Navigator to ensure the validity of our Animal Welfare Partners as well as various other internal checks. These checks allow us to be confident in the good standing of the partners you find on our site. Due to the thoroughness of our vetting process and our consistent monitoring of campaigns, we trust the care decisions made by our partners. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thank you for all you do for animals in need. Have an amazing day!

It was easy to make a donation here, but when I was at the end there was a request for a tip, (ok, I was able to determine what I wanted to give), but then there was as added charge of $2.99. by the time I was done it was much more that I signed up to give.

Hello, Thank you so much for your feed back, we value it very highly. CUDDLY applies a transaction fee of $2.99 to help cover business costs and fees that are charged by our payment processor. We also endeavor to ensure their campaigns are successful by providing tools and marketing efforts at zero cost to them. Please let me know if I can answer any questions for you or be of any assistance. We greatly appreciate all you do for animals in need.

The stories are sad of the animals in need a lot of them have happy endings and I just found out about this organization and I've already donated twice. As long as I can afford to I will keep giving some kind of donation to help these animals in need that didn't ask for a crappy life that they're getting handed usually because of humans!

It is an honor to donate to your organization. It was easy electronically but the real reason is to help poor neglected abused dogs.
