I can't say enough great things about this company. The communication was outstanding from the additional email requesting more pictures to make my girl perfect, to the updates on where she was in the process. We lost our girl of 18 years and were devastated. I decided to try this just to see. We LOVE HER, she is perfect. She came right at a time when we really needed some comfort and our house feels less empty. I couple of times I was startled walking into the room. LOL. Highly recommend. THANKS!

I had been wanting to order some personalized items of my precious 14 year old Morkie named Punkydoodle I received emails updating on where the orders were in the process. When I called to ask questions, I was met with efficient and friendly customer service representatives. Both Marvin and Jerome were so patient as I had questions galore since I’d ordered just about everything they sell 🤩 So far, I have received the pet portrait which captured the sweetness of my Punkydoodle. The socks which are cuter than I could have imagined and my mug with Punkydoodle on it is of better quality than any other personalized mug I’ve ever ordered. I am eagerly awaiting the Clone, blanket, pillow, and magnet. There is no doubt in my mind that I’ll be equally as satisfied with those items. Just can’t say enough nice things about this experience
