Not perfect, but good experience overall
I was mostly pleased with my cuddle clone purchase. The process of adding photos was easy, however I wish that there had been an area to describe in words more about each photo. There were a few things about my cuddle clone that weren't correct that I feel could have been avoided if I'd been able to describe my dog in words as well as photos. Overall, I love it, and I've mistaken my cuddle clone for an actual dog on more than one occasion.

Thank you for your suggestion! Currently, our customers can only add notes in "special characteristics" boxes. I completely agree that our custom process could have been better if customers could add captions or short descriptions of their beloved furry friends on every photo upload.
