Cuddle ClonesReviews of cuddleclones.com

Customer service is amazing and so quick to answer questions and address concerns. They kept me informed every step of the way. Our Cuddle Clone arrived and it looks so much like our guy that when we catch him out of the corner of our eye we think it’s real! Definitely a lot of double takes! We love our Cuddle Clone and the company, we are definitely going to use them again for our next two!

I've used Cuddle Clones many times! They always come thru. Recently they did 2 head covers and they are so real looking unbelievable. And I just received two CC of my Belgian Malinois dog and they even captured his Mal eyes. I just can't express enought how outstanding their work and how authentic!!!! Wished could give a hundred stars!

When I first received my Cuddle Clone, I was extremely disappointed that it did not look anything like my dog, despite providing numerous clear pictures. The company contacted me and offered an alteration process to make it right. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a great experience. I was kept up-to-date throughout the entire process, and was provided several rounds of pictures to ensure that the alterations were resolving the issues I had. In the end, I ended up with the quality that I had initially expected. Communication from the company was great throughout the alteration process. If you are not completely satisfied with the initial item, I would highly recommend that you give the company an opportunity to fix it. They do work hard to make sure that you are happy with the end result.

Very quick response and easy to talk to

They always go the extra distance for their customers. It is like a family.

Dear Cuddle Clones, I received my precious cuddle clone replica of my precious fur baby, my sweet boy Kappa a few weeks ago. Before ordering I’d seen videos on your websites of others receiving their own cuddle clones, and cuddle clones next to the actual dog, but nothing could have prepared for my Kappa Cuddle Clone upon opening my package. It literally looks just like him, like literally to a Capital T. His hair even feels like his, he had a more velvety soft hair that rarely shed. His cuddle clone is the closest thing I could ever get to having him back here in person. Some who never had the chance to meet my boy, when seeing the cuddle clone think it’s a real dog, even those who knew my boy have to take a second to realize it. The care and consideration, and love put into making this, stitch by stitch cannot be put into words. Thank you… Thank you sooooo much for bringing a piece of my boy back to me.

The customer service at cuddle clones is the best I’ve ever experienced. They take the satisfaction guarantee very seriously. The first cuddle clone I received was not exactly to my liking and I was given the option of doing the alteration process or returning it and ordering another one. I worked with one customer service representative, Marvin through the whole process. He was so understanding, gave me great advice, and was in constant communication by email. Even though I wasn’t satisfied with the first product, i was so thrilled with the customer service, that I ordered another one as soon as my refund was processed. With the second cuddle clone, I labeled each uploaded picture with the characteristic and/or size of the feature that was represented by that picture so I’m hoping that the next one will be perfect. I’ve been raving about the company’s customer service to my friends and I can’t wait to get my new cuddle clone.

My two cuddle clones turned out perfect and better than I could’ve ever imagined. The detail that they put into these amazing little gifts is so seen. It feels like I have my babies here with me every day. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that has a friend that is grieving or even if you were sad and you feel like getting through the day is looking at pictures of your little fur babies, this is 10000% amazing. I make my bed everyday and place them there and I don’t feel like they are so far away.
