The first time I ordered from Cuddle clones I got a small necklace pendant of my Husky. The shipping company lost the package. They not only remade it for free, but because it wouldn't arrive before Christmas they gave me a full refund. When it did arrive it was a perfect likeness of him That's why when my Malamute passed away suddenly and I wanted a memorial to remember him I ordered a full size plush from them. They did an amazing job and it arrived early. They provided emails throughout the process to keep me up to date on my order status so I had no concerns about my order getting lost. I fully intend to order 2 more plushes from them for my both of my huskies

The Cuddle Clone of Henri is so lifelike when I pass by and see her in the sitting room…I stop and hug her and tell her “we still talk about you”.

I thought i had placed an order with expediated shipping which I did incorrectly. I failed to place the order and accidently did 2 expediated shipping charges. This was resolved quickly and I finally placed my order with expediated shipping which is 2 weeks. I got my order in less than 2 weeks.

I fully trust this company. I have not felt so giddy over something in so long. They genuinely care about their customers and work. When i first purchased, I received an email not long after that asking for more pictures of certain areas. So far they have impressed me in every way. She's absolutely perfect, i cannot get over how much it feels like im literally looking at my babys face directly into her eyes. They only missed a very small part of her tail that is black & as soon as I contacted them, Manuela, one or cuddle clones reps, immediately asked me for picture of the marking that was missed, & asked me to make sure they did get the other black on her tail that i mentioned when purchased & they did get that part. I'm just very impressed & grateful with how much attention they truly pay to the pet they are creating. The rep sent me a free return label immediately for them to fix it. I honestly love her so much I hate to send her back lol but I know they will make her absolutely perfect & 100% correct. I highly recommend cuddle clones. If you want a realistic stuffed animal of your pet, the price is 1000% worth it. I regret nothing. It looks just like looking my baby in the face & I am in complete awe of my stuffed Bella. The quality is so good pictures do not do it justice. I love her so much I had her at my job & all my customers thought I was holding a real dog lol I can't find enough words to show my gratitude for this company. They really made me something that has brought me so much joy. Thank you to cuddle clones for creating this company for people like me.

They did such a good job on my Cuddle dog. They took the time to contact me many times to make sure they were getting everything just right. I couldn't be more happy. When he first arrived I took one look and couldn't help but give it a big hug!

I did spend time thinking about if I should go ahead or not because of the pricing however I am SO glad I did. The quality and love put into this replication of my partner's sadly passed cat Mysty Blue is amazing. They got every detail humanly possible to add. Im really impressed. Would I buy another? YES I would ! very good service an company. Also I got it quicker than anticipated.
