From the very first email to the arrival of my clone I had no doubt this company strived for 100% customer satisfaction. They stayed in constant contact with me and even asked for more pictures to be sure they had all of his markings correct. My heart has ached for our sweet boy. When I opened the package there was my boy. I took him out and just started crying as did my husband. We will cherish this beautiful replica always.
