We understand how important it was for your order to arrive in time for Easter, and we’re genuinely sorry for the disappointment and frustration this situation caused, especially knowing your kids had to go without their special Easter surprise. Regarding our response times, we do advise our customers that replies may take 24–48 hours due to rest days, after-hours messages, and occasional backlogs in our customer service. That said, please know that we are always doing our best to follow up as quickly and thoroughly as possible. In terms of the rush fee and shipping, we completely understand your frustration. Please allow us to explain — whenever a delay or mishap occurs due to our company's mistake, we absolutely take responsibility and ensure that the appropriate refund is issued. However, in this case, the item was produced and shipped within the promised time frame. Unfortunately, once the package is in the hands of the courier, any delays or errors are out of our control. Since the package was marked as lost and later delivered late by the courier, we are not able to refund the rush fee, as it wasn’t due to a mistake on our end. We are happy your kids finally received their gifts, and we hope they loved them!
